These steel sheets or coils are uniformly cut and stretched to form a diamond-shaped opening pattern on the finished sheet. They have various of patterns by the adjustment of thickness,strand and the size of the diamond openings.

Galvanised Steel Expanded Metal Mesh is available in a variety of surface,raised and flattened surface according to the applications and projects requirements.

 

Flattened expanded mild steel mesh which has been pressure rolled. By flattening the sheets, the bonds and strands are turned down to produce a smooth and flat surface and resulting in strands which are on the same plane as the sheet.

Mild steel raised mesh strands are measured from knuckle to knuckle rather than inside the diamond. The strands and bonds are set at a uniform angle to the plane of the sheet, adding strength and rigidity, allowing air circulation and distributing the load of the metal to the supporting frames.
