Brass wire mesh is often used for decoration due to its bright gold-like appearance.Brass has a muted yellow colour which is somewhat similar to gold. It is relatively resistant to tarnishing.

Brass wire mesh includes brass mesh, copper mesh, phosphor copper wire mesh, crimped wire mesh, hexagonal wire mesh, knitted wire mesh. Material is brass, copper or phosphor copper.

Brass is an alloy composed of copper and zinc, and like copper, brass is soft and ductile, and is attacked by ammonia and similar salts. As the wire mesh, the most commonly used brass woven wire mesh is called "270 yellow brass", and its chemical composition is about 65% copper and 35% zinc. "260 high brass" composed of 70% copper and 30% zinc is also popular in the mesh industry, especially in customized products.

  •  They also can filter electron beam and electronic display screen, can be used for RFI shielding, Faraday cage.

  • Stainless steel woven wire mesh with plain weave, twill weave, dutch weave, is widely used as common window/door screen, security screen, or made into filter element for high precision filter process.
